pleasant stay
decent cardio room nature reserve
i really appreciated the effective gym. the cardio room was quite decent. barossa nature reserve is close by, we loved that. virginia water lake is nearby too. i definitely recommend seeing both.

a romantic getaway
helpful staff lovely room
I enjoyed the cute staff. They were very helpful. the room was really pretty. breakfast had everything i could want. i especially liked the ev charging points and traditional feel of the hotel.
The service at afternoon tea wasn't great. They asked about drinks and allergies before i had a chance to settle. after the food came, no one checked if everything was okay or offered more drinks. i did ask for the service charge to be removed.

the hotel benefits from grounds that create a peace all around. it is also conveniently located near a darts venue. this makes it easy to access local attractions and events without extensive travel.

the spa has a pool plus a sauna. guests can access gym facilities. there are charging points for electric vehicles available. all of this contributes to a convenient stay.

the staff was attentive and caring. they were really good too accommodate every request i had. i can commend rosie, bozena, amelie, and ben for their excellent service.

i savored the breakfast with varied options. the food tasted delicious. i was able to enjoy afternoon tea, breakfast, and dinner. the dishes tasted delicious and were presented beautifully.

wonderful stay
clean room comfortable bed friendly staff
the location was lovely. the building had history. arriving to the room decorated for our anniversary was special. bozena from the restaurant was amazing. she gave great care. the room was clean with a comfortable bed.
i stayed for two nights and the room was not great. there was scaffolding outside this block. the room seemed like a cheap b&b room.
