Our stay was quite frustrating due to significant booking issues and room inadequacies. While the hotel itself is beautiful and the outdoor pool was a highlight, we experienced a lack of communication regarding our reservation and were ultimately transferred to a less desirable sister hotel. The dining left much to be desired, especially with inconsistent service and food quality. Overall, it was not the relaxing retreat we had hoped for.
Rooms
5.0
We ended up in a small and shabby room at the sister hotel, which was noisy and lacking basic amenities. It felt very dated and left much to be desired.
Service
6.0
The front desk staff was accommodating and did their best to rectify our situation, but there were overall issues with communication that caused a lot of stress.
Location

While the original hotel's setting was beautiful, our ultimate stay was at a sister hotel, which, while adequate, wasn't the relaxing environment we sought.
Dining

The dining options were limited, and the food quality at the sister hotel was disappointing, with both the bar meal and breakfast lacking in taste and temperature.
Facilities

The sister hotel's outdoor pool was a nice escape, providing a relaxing space despite the earlier chaos of our booking issues.

My stay at the hotel was greatly affected by a series of inconveniences, including a wedding that left the hotel crowded and difficult to navigate. While we eventually received an upgrade to a larger room, it was still shabby and less than ideal. I was disappointed with the food quality and the chaotic atmosphere, which detracted from any chance of relaxation during the visit.
Rooms
5.0
The room we were upgraded to was a bit larger but still shabby, with visible stains and an unappealing view overlooking the car park.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss; while some staff were helpful, communication issues and delays affected our overall experience.
Location
5.0
The hotel’s location was not ideal due to the overwhelming presence of wedding guests which impacted parking and accessibility.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a major disappointment, with expensive options that lacked quality and presentation, particularly the room service.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were dated, and the spa experience was hindered by the need to walk outside to access it, which was uncomfortable.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the spa treatments were excellent and the restaurant food was delicious, the accommodations were a bit disappointing with signs of wear and tear. The beautiful grounds added charm, but overall the hotel could definitely benefit from some upgrades.
Rooms

My initial room was in poor condition with peeling paint and a broken window, but after a mix-up, I was upgraded to a much better room that was clean and spacious.
Service
8.0
The service was a highlight, with staff handling my room mix-up quite well and providing attentive service in the restaurant.
Location

The hotel's grounds are beautiful, providing a lovely atmosphere to relax after treatments, but it's a bit far from main attractions.
Dining
7.0
I thoroughly enjoyed the food in the restaurant; the dinner was particularly noteworthy, but breakfast could have had more variety.
Facilities

The spa facilities felt limited and crowded for the number of rooms, which was a downside during my visit.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful grounds and the relaxing spa treatments. The room we stayed in was nice, though the mattress could definitely be upgraded for better comfort. Breakfast was excellent with a great range of options, and the dinner package provided great value. Overall, the staff were friendly, but more smiles would enhance the experience.
Rooms

I chose Frimley Hall Hotel for a special occasion, and overall, it delivered a wonderful experience, mainly due to the impressive service and quality food. The private dining setup was lovely, although some facilities could use better maintenance, especially the dining area during breakfast. Despite some minor hiccups, it felt like an excellent value for a special event.
Rooms
8.0
The White Room was perfect for our private dining, allowing for a cozy and classy atmosphere, although some areas around the hotel could use a refresh.
Service
10.0
The service was exceptional, especially from Hannah and Toby, who ensured everything ran smoothly and my guests were taken care of throughout the celebration.
Location

Access to the hotel is a bit unexpected through a housing estate, but the surroundings are lovely with mature woods, providing both privacy and a nice backdrop for events.
Dining
8.0
The food quality was outstanding with varied menu options, although there were a few diners struggling with delays during breakfast, which could improve significantly.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were generally well-maintained, although more attention is needed in the dining areas during peak times to accommodate guest needs efficiently.
